SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIME

When ordering, be sure to select the correct model and color because we can not change your orders. Changes or cancellations can not be made once the order is in the system.

All items are subject to a handling period before shipping. Most of our items leave the warehouse within 2-5 business days of payment.

Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes 2-3 weeks after an item is shipped.

In rare cases, international delivery may take up to 4 weeks. Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, weather, natural disasters or customs, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times.

Although most packages arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that carriers may encounter. In most cases, orders arrive before the time limit. Your patience is really appreciated.

If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notification card can be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

There will be no reshipment arrangement made in case the packages are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability.

I ordered several items but only part of my order arrived. Why?

FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES

If your credit card account is in a currency other than the US dollar, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than indicated on our website. You may also be subject to foreign currency transaction fees. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fees policies. FOLLOW YOUR ORDER

Is there a tracking number?

Order tracking information is available on request and is normally available in the system after approximately 7 to 10 business days of shipping. Send an e-mail to support@caychro.info and mention your order number + shipping address so that our customer service team can help you.

CANCELLATION / AMENDMENTS
